Design Validation Test

To ensure product quality, Advantech's own DVT (design validation test) team designs and carries out validation tests on the product. Advantech's laboratory is accredited with ISO 17025 which assures product's testing and calibration quality. The laboratory is equipped to perform tests on products under different mechanical environments and temperatures. After receiving the system specifications from the customer, Advantech's engineers will perform an early analysis of DVT requirements on the specs given. The results then are used to devise a validation test plan and build the required custom fixtures and test systems.

Design Margin Validation

The component or peripheral's variation will bring uncertain effect in whole product lifecycle. The DTOS design margin validation are applied to evaluate a system's adaptability when environment changed. The validation process helps designer finding the weakness point of the system. It is helpful to foresee a product's reliability in the field.
