Introduction

The PV-800E digital video and audio surveillance kit uses an entry-level card in the PowerView series to provide 16 channel video monitoring capability. MJPEG and MPEG-4 compression are offered to satisfy the demand for good recording quality. The PV-800E is the application-ready digital video surveillance card with PowerView application software that delivers high expansion and integration capabilities and a user friendly interface. PowerView 6000 software provides integrated digital recording, network monitoring, video backup, alarm notification and security control. Power Center Professional and Backup Center software are optional extensions.
